As a consultant at Kimley-Horn, Bryan is passionate about the intersection of data analytics with transportation planning. Applying his experience in geospatial analysis, Bryan assisted in developing a microtransit tool that leverages Replica's trip data to simulate microtransit implementation in different regional contexts. Bryan is a recent UC Berkeley graduate in Civil Engineering, and his academic background includes research on aircraft noise impacts near regional airports.
Mike Iswalt, AICP, has over 20 years of experience leading a wide range of transportation consulting
projects in transit planning, microtransit and mobility on-demand (MOD) services, and data analytics. Mike
has led microtransit studies and developed microtransit models and analyses for MPOs, transit operators,
and airports across California, Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia. Mike has led the development of an
analytical tool that uses Replica Places trip data with ride matching and routing APIs to simulate
microtransit operations. Prior to joining Kimley-Horn, Mike led the Logistics & Planning team at Lyft, which
provided strategic planning and transportation analysis support to Lyft’s Partnership and Policy teams
working with cities, transit agencies, and airports. Mike holds Masters degrees in Civil Engineering and
City and Regional Planning from Ohio State and a BS in Economics from Penn State.
